Catering District was founded on a belief that great club hospitality deserves more than a standard catering arrangement. It deserves people who listen, understand the venue, take responsibility and genuinely care about the outcome.
We are an owner-led hospitality business founded by Chef Maz Islam, drawing on more than 19 years of his experience in kitchens, catering, hospitality workforce development and licensed-club environments. Our ambition is to build meaningful, long-term partnerships with clubs through experienced leadership, reliable operations and personal involvement.
